How do I contact Miami Beach vacation home rental hosts at Retreats Miami?

You can contact our Miami Beach vacation home rental team by phone at +1-617-331-7408 or by email at Info@retreatsmiami.com. We are happy to answer questions about any of our properties, availability, or the booking process. Reaching out directly also lets us walk you through details not fully covered on the website.

What is the best way to reach Retreats Miami about a Miami Beach vacation home rental?

The fastest way to reach us about a Miami Beach vacation home rental is a direct call or email, both listed on our Contact Us page. We check messages regularly and can help with questions on our condos and villas across Miami Beach, Brickell, and the Design District. If you prefer, you can also browse listings on the site first and reach out once you have a property in mind.

Can I call Retreats Miami before booking a Miami Beach vacation home rental?

Yes, you are welcome to call us at +1-617-331-7408 before booking a Miami Beach vacation home rental. Speaking with us ahead of time can help confirm bedroom counts, guest capacity, and amenities for a property like our 360 Collins condos in South Beach. We want you to feel confident about your choice before you commit to dates.

Do I need to contact you directly to book a property, or can I book online?

You can book directly online through each listing page using the Book Now button and currency selector for USD, CAD, or GBP. If you have questions first, like about pet friendly options or pool details, feel free to reach out by phone or email before finalizing your reservation. Either path works, whichever feels easier for you.

What information should I have ready before contacting Retreats Miami?

It helps to know your travel dates, number of guests, and which type of stay you want, whether that is a beachfront condo like 404 or 402 at 360 Collins or a larger house like 1430 or 520. Having a rough group size in mind lets us point you toward properties that fit, since our homes range from 2 bedrooms up to a 10 bedroom compound. This makes the conversation quicker and more useful for both of us.

Can I ask about specific amenities before booking, like pools or pet friendly homes?

Absolutely, you can email or call us with questions about specific amenities before booking. For example, 1430 in Brickell is pet friendly with a heated saltwater pool, and 520 and 530 in the Design District both have heated pools as well. We are glad to confirm details like these so you know exactly what to expect.

Is Retreats Miami a good contact for group trips or family reunions?

Yes, we regularly help plan stays for groups and families, and contacting us directly is a good first step for larger trips. Properties like 120 Shore sleep up to 12 guests, and our Compound listing connects two homes for up to 20 guests. Reach out and let us know your group size so we can point you to the right fit.

What happens after I send an inquiry through the Contact Us page?

After you reach out by phone or email, our team responds directly to answer your questions about availability, property details, or the booking process. We aim to make the conversation simple so you can move forward with confidence. From there, you can book directly on the property listing page whenever you are ready.

Do you offer support if I have questions during my stay at a Miami rental?

Yes, the same contact information on this page, +1-617-331-7408 and Info@retreatsmiami.com, is available if you need help during your stay. Whether it is a question about the WiFi at a condo or amenities at one of our villas, we are reachable throughout your trip. We want your stay to go smoothly from booking to checkout.

Why should I contact Retreats Miami instead of booking through a third party site?

Contacting us directly means you are working with the actual property owner rather than a middleman, which often leads to clearer answers about our homes in Miami Beach, Brickell, and the Design District. We can speak specifically to details like layout, amenities, and guest capacity for each of our six properties. Reaching out first also gives you a chance to ask anything the website may not fully cover.
