What makes Retreats Miami vacation rental experiences in Miami Florida different from a hotel stay?

Our vacation rental experiences in Miami Florida give you a full private home or condo instead of a single room, so you get real kitchens, pools, and outdoor space to actually live in during your trip. You can cook, host, and spread out with your group instead of being confined to a hotel room. It feels like your own Miami home, just for the days you need it.

What kind of Miami vacation rental experiences do you offer for groups and families?

We offer a range of vacation rental experiences across Miami Beach, Brickell, and the Design District, from a 2 bedroom penthouse condo to a 10 bedroom compound that sleeps 20. Families like our homes with playgrounds, cribs, high chairs, and pools, while larger groups often book our multi bedroom villas with game rooms and outdoor kitchens. Whatever the group size, there is a property built around how you want to spend your time in Miami.

Are these Miami Florida vacation rental experiences good for a beach vacation?

Yes, our two South of Fifth condos at 360 Collins sit just one block from the sand in Miami Beach, making them a great home base for a beach focused trip. Both units have full kitchens, waterfront views, and easy walking access to the beach and neighborhood restaurants. It is a quieter, more residential side of Miami Beach compared to the busier tourist strip.

What amenities are typically included at your properties?

Most of our homes include a full kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning, and washer and dryer as standard, so you can settle in like you would at home. Many properties also add pools, hot tubs, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, or game rooms depending on the home. We list the exact amenities for each property on its listing page so you know exactly what to expect before booking.

Do you have properties that work well for families with young kids?

Yes, several of our homes are equipped for families, with amenities like cribs, high chairs, baby monitors, babysitter recommendations, and childrens books and toys. The 1430 villa in Brickell and the Vizcaya Retreat both stand out for family groups with their pools and outdoor space. We built these details into the listings because we know traveling with kids requires extra planning.

Can we book a large villa for a big group trip or celebration in Miami?

Yes, we have several large properties built for group trips, including the 520 and 530 Design District villas that each sleep up to 12, and our Compound, which connects two homes and sleeps up to 20 guests. These homes come with pools, outdoor dining areas, and shared living spaces so the whole group can gather in one place. They work well for reunions, milestone celebrations, or any trip where you want everyone under one roof.

Are your Miami rental homes pet friendly?

Some of our properties, including the 1430 villa in Brickell, are pet friendly, so you can bring your dog along on the trip. Since pet policies vary by home, we recommend checking the amenities list on each specific listing page before booking. This helps you confirm the property fits your travel plans, pets included.

How do I book one of these Miami vacation rental experiences?

You can browse our available properties directly on our website and book straight through each listing page, since we handle direct bookings rather than going through a third party platform. Every listing includes photos, bedroom and bathroom counts, amenities, and a booking link so you can reserve the home that fits your trip. If you need help choosing between properties, you can reach out to us before booking.

Is it better to book directly with Retreats Miami instead of using a listing site?

Booking directly with us means you are working straight with the team that manages the property, which can make communication about your stay simpler and more direct. You get the same detailed property information, photos, and amenities lists, without going through a separate booking platform. It also means any questions about your trip go straight to us instead of a third party.

What Miami neighborhoods can we stay in with your rentals?

Our properties are spread across some of Miami's most sought after areas, including South of Fifth in Miami Beach, Brickell, and the Design District in Buena Vista. This gives guests a choice between a beachfront condo lifestyle or a villa with a private pool closer to Miami's design and dining scene. Each listing page notes the exact location so you can pick the neighborhood that matches your plans.
